At Southwood we grow plants at our own production facility in order to sell the best possible products to our customers. We work with plant breeders from all over the world to find the best selection of unique, high quality annual and perennial plants perfectly suited to our region.

     We bring in plants in all stages of development from unrooted cuttings to bare root trees. Because our growing facility is just 1.5 miles away from the retail store, we can offer our customers pristine plants that are already fully acclimated to our regional conditions.

     Because Southwood grows so much of its own product, we are also able to stay on the forefront of the horticultural world. We can test new products as soon as they hit the market and choose the best performers to grow for our customers.
