Big Mama Hybrid
Plum-shaped and enormous, Big Mama Hybrid tomatoes grow up to 5 in. (13-cm) long and 3 in. (8 cm) across. In the kitchen, this variety is easy to peel and core. One of the best paste tomatoes, Big Mama is excellent in sauces. These tomatoes need at least one inch (2.5 cm) of water per week and prefer six hours or more of direct sun each day.

Black Pearl Hybrid
A true treasure, 'Black Pearl' is two different flavors in one cherry tomato. Enjoy right off the vine, but be sure to put a big bowlful in the refrigerator for a special treat. When chilled, 'Black Pearl' has a unique, extra sweet, 'Concord' grape flavor. Indeterminate vines produce 1 1/2", purplish black fruits in abundance until fall. A rare pearl!

Yellow-skinned version of the popular Brandywine tomato! The Yellow Brandywine has rich, full-flavored flesh and makes for a premier slicing tomato. Flesh and pulp are both yellow. Fruits are quite juicy and grow up to 1-1 1/2 pounds.

Cour di Bue
Indeterminate, A selection of 'Oxheart type', later maturing, producing large, meaty fruits about ½lb in weight. Fruits are deep, ox heart shaped, with rounded base, ribbed and ripen to an orangey-red color. The flesh is meaty, ideal for slicing and of superb flavor.

Pineapple Heirloom
Large beefsteak style tomato sometimes weighing up to two pounds. Ripens to a beautiful bright yellow, often with red stripes. This variety has a mild flavor and meaty flesh with relatively few seeds. Plants tend to be high yielding.

Pink Oxheart Heirloom
This Hungarian heirloom has excellent flavor, the meaty, large tomatoes provide lots of solid good eating and very few seeds. The fruit is pink heart-shaped tomatoes. As a bonus, these plants are not shy bearers, but rather quite productive for an oxheart type.

Purple Russian Heirloom
Plant produces high yields of large 4" long purplish-black plum tomatoes. Tomatoes are very flavorful and very meaty. One of the best purplish-black tomatoes for markets. Excellent for slicing, sauce, and paste.

Plant produces high yields of small 1 oz pear shaped tomatoes. Tomatoes grow in cluster of 6 to 9 and turn red when mature. Serve along side the yellow pear tomato to make a very attractive dish.

Tomaccio
The uniqueness of 'Tomaccio' is that the fruit dries naturally like a raisin. The taste of the dried fruit is very sweet (some say the sweetest). Each plant yields 13-18 pounds of cherry tomatoes!
